Somebody scanned your mark and asked you something. Scanning told them nothing: a mark is an address, and this is the whole of what it lets anybody do. Open one to see exactly what they want and decide.

Somebody has asked for an official check that needs your real details. The details go to the body doing the check and to nobody else: whoever asked for it gets the result, never what it was worked out from. Nothing moves until you send it, and you can take it back.
